This time we decided to brew an East Coast Style IPA and use the Conan house strain from breweries such as Alchemist and Hill Farmstead, which brought to life and popularity milder and more aromatic IPAs. A nice, slightly hazy base with a generous amount of flaked oats, which we&#8217;ve generously hopped with double the amount of the new HBC 586 variety, first fills the glass with sweet aromas of ripe mango, followed by light pine notes without too much bitterness.
