For four years now, our brewery has been exploring the limits of possibilities in the beer world, and on its 4th birthday, we decided to push those limits a little. Our celebratory brew is a strong West Coast Quadruple IPA that we&#8217;ve hopped with an incredible amount of hops: interesting strawberry-flavored Strata, the robust pine-tropical Simcoe, and the super-flavorful Simcoe Cryo. This is without a doubt our hoppiest and strongest IPA, and we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we had fun brewing it.
