In this beer, we used a neutral young ale, and then added juicy, sweet-sour Belarusian cherries during the fermentation stage. We didn&#8217;t destone the cherries to transfer all the unique taste of these berries to the first part of our blend. Next, this beer was mixed with a wild ale, which matured long and slowly in oak calvados barrels.
