The new Salsa is, first and foremost, the tomato gose that everyone loves, so unusual flavors don&#8217;t dominate, but complement it. We loaded our slightly smoked tomato base (as if cooked with a juicy broth) with beetroot paste, sweet onions, allspice, black pepper, aromatic bay leaf, a drop of cumin and coriander, because what kind of borscht is there without a warm piece of rye bread. And Malanka wouldn&#8217;t be Malanka if we didn&#8217;t add a dash of superhot goodness to the Salsa in the form of one-of-a-kind Ghost Pepper.
