As before, on this journey we collaborated with our friends from Kitchen Coffee Roasters, who prepared a new, unique Ethiopia Guji coffee variety for Malanka. In a rich, old-school, roasty imperial stout, this African microlot from the Ethiopian highlands brought pleasant flavors of aromatic espresso martini, dark chocolate and peach liqueur.
