Its name clearly assotiates with lemons and grapefruits, and these fruit kick with aroma and flavour. Citra is a great choice for hazy and fragrant IPAs. No surprise we decided to make our next single-hop Hazy IPA with it. As always, this is a beer of opaque yellow color with delicate white foam. The brightest citrus bursts in the aroma, then gives way to tropics &#8211; hints of mango, guava, lychee. The taste is refreshingly layered with the tones of lemon balm and lime peel, and warming &#8211; don&#8217;t forget that this is a double NEIPA.
