We are now using the freshest Australian Enigma for the first time. Like some other oceanic hops, it brings a touch of wine to the palate, as well as tones of pineapple and lychee. The second hop we used &#8211; American Ekuanot &#8211; completed the beer with citrus and pine undertones.
