And here it is &#8211; the first hops of 2026 from distant New Zealand (where the harvest begins in March, though the journey to us takes quite some time). Naturally, it is the unique Nelson Sauvin. To best showcase the incredible aroma of this ultra-fresh variety, we\u2019ve used it in our <em>Bliskavica<\/em> &#8211; a New England-style double dry-hopped IPA.
