But this time, we\u2019re dealing with a completely different beast. We\u2019ve sourced an &#8220;Estate Grown&#8221; Cascade &#8211; a variety from a specific farm in the Willamette Valley. Thanks to a unique microclimate, it boasts a higher bitterness level than standard Cascade, along with more pronounced notes of orange jam, honeysuckle, and a zesty, &#8220;electric&#8221; lemon character. So in <em><em>our house pale ale<\/em><\/em>, this hops feel right at home!
