So we decided to finally make a new <em>Lichamanka<\/em> with Simcoe hops of the latest harvest. This is a variety well known to beer geeks. All over the world Simcoe is used to make the beer taste bitter and full-bodied. But as always with our DIPA series, we try to make it as juicy as possible, with a bright taste and without harsh bitterness. We hope to deliver Simcoe&#8217;s best right to your glass: notes of tangy grapefruit, apricot, melon, as well as light piny and earthy tones.
