So, here we go making a single hop douple IPA with Palisade solely. Among its ancestors are the European hops Fuggle and Tettnanger, which have slightly herbaceous and floral profile. But, thanks to American breeding and climate, it bursts with tropical fruit aromas of mango and apricot.
