It combines features of several different styles at once: the beer is both sour and sweet, hazy and aromatic. To make it juicy as hell, we used autochthonous American hops &#8211; Sabro and Talus &#8211; and got that punchy cocktail with some coconut, sage, citrus zest, stone fruit and juice, juice, juice, pure juice.
