Super jucy, super sessionable, it&#8217;s a perfect crusher not only for summer, but for each and every season. And we usually pich the juiciest hops for it. This time it&#8217;s HBC 630 turn. Pretty new one on the market, developed by Hop Breeding Company by 2008 from two non-cultivated parent plants, it brought wonderful results. It bursts with aromas (well, even the taste of!) cherries and rasperries, and damn it tastes like dried sweet candy fruits, maybe peach and banana?
