This beer has a very interesting and contrasting profile: it is both sour and smoky. To further enhance the smoky flavours, we used peat-dried malt and blackcurrants to accentuate the sourness. These berries are very often used in different types of beer, and for a good reason: they have a rich purple color and they smell fantastic.
