It is usually brewed with sauna brooms that we add at the end of the boil, so all the characteristic smell of dried leaves goes straight into your glass. For this year&#8217;s brew we used birch and maple brooms. These aromas go beautifully with the peated malt, so that it tastes just like a black bathouse.
