Lichamanka is one of those, and we brew it with great pleasure. We used Idaho Gem hops for this new West-Coast style Double IPA, which we only used for hazy and juicy brews before. Bright papaya, sweet, almost caramel-like, melon, mint and sage candies complement the bright bitterness beautifully.
