It&#8217;s time now to celebrate the birthday of this wonderful place, so we got together again and brewed another one. S.P.I.N. is a Double New England IPA, which we hopped with four varieties of hops, the names of which are spinning in a familiar carousel. Bright Strata with strawberry aromas, mysterious Pahto and it&#8217;s black pepper flavor, exotic Idaho 7 with a palette of tropical fruits, exquisite Nelson Sauvin with unique notes of white wine create a whirlpool of flavors and aromas of true celebration.
