Mroiva: Sabro & Talus
Session New England IPA
There are hop varieties that we return to in our series time and time again. Sabro is definitely one of those varieties. This time we found the most juicy, aromatic and unusual crop of this American autochthonous hop for the ultra-light session NEIPA in the Mroiva series. But our curiousity went even further, and we decided to combine it with another native American and Sabro’s younger relative – Talus. Together, they created a unique cocktail, where the aromas of black currants, pink grapefruit peel and coconut water are wonderfully intertwined. As always, it is light, very hazy, and extremely juicy.
