Pilsner: Tettnanger
German-Style Pilsner
We couldn’t help ourselves and brewed our second pilsner at the end of the summer. This time we once again used local Belarusian malt, local Tettnanger hops and excellent lager yeast directly from southern Germany. We lagered it carefully for a long time at low temperatures, and we release it in its best condition – refreshing, crisp, with pleasant aromas of autumn meadow flowers, fragrant grains and a soft, but noticeable bitterness. Very simple, but at the same time so much needed house lager.
