Suchaviej: Rosé

Every year we release Suchaviej – an IPA that is more reminiscent of wine or champagne. This year, everything turned out extremely well, and we are releasing the new Suchaviej just in time for the New Year, because champagne is a real symbol of this holiday. We acidified our Suchaviej a little bit, hopped it generously with the unusual German Hallertau Blanc hops, which brought the flavors of white grapes and elderberry. But curiosity led us even further, and we added natural currants and chockeberries to make the color and taste more like rosé wine. Our festive Suchaviej is already waiting for your glasses!
