Smuha: Triumph
Double New England IPA
In our new release of the Smuha New England Double IPA series, we’re once again use a new hops for us, this time an interesting hybrid of classic European and American varieties called Triumph. It is similar to its relatives in the restraint of aromas, but differs from them in more interesting combinations of flavors of peach gum and lime, as well as a higher level of bitterness. The new hops pair beautifully with the classic hazy base of our IPA, and together they create a pleasant and rather insidious drink.
