Zavieja: Galaxy & Vic Secret
Double New England IPA
Another Zavieja is the second half of our experiment comparing how the same hops can affect the taste of IPAs brewed in different styles. While the first release was a classic West Coast Double IPA, now we have a velvety, hazy and warming Double New England IPA. The same Australian Galaxy and Vic Secret hops are responsible for the taste and aroma, which in combination with different strain of yeast create wonderful aromas of mango ice cream and pina colada with a slice of juicy pineapple. We invite you to join us in an interesting comparison!
