Witbier with grapefruit & cardamom
We are greeting the first rays of the warm sun together with our long-awaited Vietraz! As usual, our neat neoclassical Belgian-style witbier received variations on the classic additions: instead of orange peel, we added whole, fresh and juicy pink grapefruits, while coriander was replaced with ultra-pungent and refreshing buds of green cardamom. Hazy, spicy, and ever-refreshing! New Vietraz is perhaps the best spring beer!
