Vietraź: Lajm i Liemanhras

Vietraź is synonymous with a juicy, bright, fresh and fragrant summer. Leisurely walks along the lake shore, with white sails of small boats shining in the distance – oh, that’s an ideal location! But a favorite bar, bathed in gentle midday sun, or an old summer house, where it is so nice to hide from the heat in the shade of ancient oaks and wild apple trees, will do just fine. And, of course, our neoclassical Belgian-style witbier, this time with the addition of lime zest and coriander on the hot side, later conditioned atop juicy fresh lime puree with lemongrass, is the best match for such a nice time. Hazy, crispy and incredibly refreshing, it fills the glass with aromas of distant lands, nostalgic memories and easy summer weekends.
