Yet another series that we longed to continue is Suchaviej. When we first decided to make beer taste as close to sparkling wine as possible, we could not even imagine that brew would turn out so delicious. Besides the fact that we completely “dried” the beer, we acidified it and used hops, which introduced the smell of white grapes. The first time it was New Zealand’s own Nelson Sauvin, and now we have chosen the noble European gem – Hallertau Blanc. It turned out to be no less fantastically wine-like: with an expressive smell of gooseberries and notes of blackcurrant, followed by hints of elderberry – Sauvignon Blanc for sure! The beer will be presented at the VI Minsk Craft Beer Fest.
