Vyraj: Fiejchoa

We continue the series of our sweet fruit-infused IPAs Vyraj. This time we called for a juicy tropical feijoa. This fruit is not so popular in our country, although every autumn it appears on some bazaars and in stores. Besides the fact that feijoa is very tasty, it is also very healthy: it is the only plant that can be compared with seaweed in terms of iodine content. The fruits of this evergreen tropical tree have a bright smell and taste, which bursts with flavours of lemon, kiwi, myrtle, strawberries and spice. As a result of this experiment, we have a rather strong and hazy beer with a pronounced sweet-tart feijoa taste.
