Laźnia Pa-čornamu
Smoked Rye Sauna Beer With Oak And Birch Besoms
During dark, chilly fall days we crave for a sauna. And every year, the Malanka brewery does its best to bring the aromas of it to every glass. But the new brew of our favorite Laźnia is something completely different. As before, oak and birch besoms added to the boil, as well as a mixture of peat-smoked and beech-smoked malts create a unique aroma of a black-way sauna. In addition to that, we used rye and rye malt in our new Laźnia, which also made the color similar to those old, dark wooden village baths, and added nostalgic aromas of black rye bread to the taste. So this time we got a real black Laźnia!
