Bliskavica: Nelson Sauvin

Every year, we impatiently await the arrival of fresh hops from the latest harvest. And here it is – the first hops of 2026 from distant New Zealand (where the harvest begins in March, though the journey to us takes quite some time). Naturally, it is the unique Nelson Sauvin. To best showcase the incredible aroma of this ultra-fresh variety, we’ve used it in our Bliskavica – a New England-style double dry-hopped IPA. Notes reminiscent of almost tropical Gewürztraminer, passion fruit ice cream, and airy whipped cream envelop you more and more with every sip, holding you captive right down to the bottom of the glass.
