Znička: CIP 076
New England IPA
In this new iteration of Znička, we at Malanka Brewery have – for the first time – utilized an experimental New Zealand hop variety codenamed CIP 076 (a name that sounds almost like a newly discovered star in the night sky). This variety is a brand-new experiment from Clayton Hops, and is particularly interesting because it descends from the classic Czech Saaz – though, to be honest, it shares very little in common with its ancestor. Vibrant notes of orange soda and the distinctive character of fresh New Zealand hops pair perfectly with Znichka’s velvety, hazy base, coming together to create a truly delightful drink!
