Trasca: Mosaic
Triple IPA
Here comes our new triple IPA, this time with our beloved favorite Mosaic hops. We have used it more than once in our pale ales, as it goes perfectly well with these beers. This is a universal hop, and can be added both early and late in the boil, while also being perfect for dry-hopping. It has a bright tropical aroma with hints of citrus and stone fruit. And we milk it to the top! The new Trasca has an amber-yellow color, fluffy white foam, a fruity profile with tones of mango, pineapple and lemon, a juicy malty body and long-lasting bitterness in the aftertaste. That’s the juice we all deserve!
