Mroiva: HBC 472
Session New England IPA
We really love the autochthonous American hop varieties (neomexicanus hops) so much. They have an unusual aromatic profile resembling of coconut cream and fresh mint. One of those is the Hop Breeding Company experimental hop which is still known today under the codename HBC 472. This time we used it in our New England Session IPA Mroiva. The result is a real crusher, fantastically drinkable hazy beer with a rich tropical aroma and super juicy flavor.
