We continue our Session New England IPA series with two hops from Australia and the United States. The first one, Galaxy, is now considered to be one of the most popular and bursts with aromas of melon, citrus and mango. The second one, an experimental hop with a musterious name HBC 472, has a wild origin from the autochthonous American neomexicanus hops. This unusual kinship brings out fantastic coconut smell, as well as some slight woody and vanilla tones. The mixture of two makes our “Mroiva” (“haze, mirage” in Belarusian) smell and taste like some kind of luscious morning dream that you forget once you wake up, slowly melting in it’s rich but light body. Super dreamy, super crushable!
