Trasca: Ella
Triple IPA
Ella hops was developed in the early 2000s in the Australian state of Victoria. It is a descendant of European varieties Spalt, and its closest relative is the well-known Galaxy hop. No wonder Ella is super hot and aromatic, and ideal hop for various IPAs. We like it bold and big, so we brewed new triple IPA with loads of freshest hops of the 2020 harvest, and this thing bursts with aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, citrus candies and some strange tropical flowers (yes, flowers).
