Mroiva: HBC 630
Session New England IPA
Mroiva is one of our favourites, for sure. Super jucy, super sessionable, it’s a perfect crusher not only for summer, but for each and every season. And we usually pich the juiciest hops for it. This time it’s HBC 630 turn. Pretty new one on the market, developed by Hop Breeding Company by 2008 from two non-cultivated parent plants, it brought wonderful results. It bursts with aromas (well, even the taste of!) cherries and rasperries, and damn it tastes like dried sweet candy fruits, maybe peach and banana? We dream to always have a can of this goodness in a pocket, because you never want to miss a chance to drink Mroiva.
