Slota: Cascade
Belgian-style IPA
Another Slota means yet another Belgian IPA, just like we love it. Belgian yest brings a lot more esters and phenols to the aroma of this IPA. And we used Cascade hops this time, because that’s what classical IPAs smell like, and it is always fun to try to combine those familiar aromas with something new. This beer is all about grapefruit pith, some fresh-cut grass, as well as a little bit of white pepper. This one is quite classy, but with a twist.
