Abšar: Citra
Double White IPA
We liked our new series of wheat-heavy IPAs Abšar so much, that we decided to treat yet another one (third one) with our favorite classic hops – Citra. Wonderful aromas of freshly squeezed sweet orange zest, gently rubbed against the side of a glass, some juicy and salty lime in your favorite margarita and a little bit of passion fruit yoghurt. Rather firm bitterness is gently balanced by soft and fluffy wheat body, and a mesmerizing head of foam tastes like a soft meringue pie. That’s a liquid ipa-ish delight for sure.
