The unusual and magical northern lights of the aurora borealis are quite difficult to imagine and see in Belarus. Very rare, fleeting, these phenomena force us to stop moving and start embracing. Therefore, of course, the name of the new brew, a collaboration with our northern friends from the Karelian brewery Snowcap, came naturally. They brought us those northern lights, and together we brewed absurdly weightless and fast-flowing, crispy Session New England IPA with an incredible ABV of 3.3%, but full of flavor. A sparing whirpool hopping with Mosaic hops, and a very generous dry hopping with Talus bring soft aromas of spring apple orchards and the bright aromas of the fantastic Paloma cocktail to Aurora.
