Bliskavica: Eclipse & Simcoe

Finally, we quickly got our hands on the freshest 2024 Southern Hops! From faraway Australia, where autumn begins with the harvesting of hops right at the time, when we are just meeting the first days of spring, the super aromatic Eclipse arrived to us, and we immediately brewed our super-sweet Bliskavica with it. And to push forward the incredible aroma of ripe tangerines, we double dry-hopped our New England-style IPA with the same pungent Eclipse and piney-grapefruity Simcoe. The aromas of tart citrus and dank hemp leaves transport us directly to the endless hop plantations of the red continent, while every sip is filled with the scorching southern sun and the flavors of endless summer in the middle of a cozy Belarusian autumn.
