Chaliera: Chinook

As strange as it may sound, Chinook, one of the oldest “craft” hop varieties, is only now making its debut in Malanka’s beer. And a great place to start is, of course, our classic West Coast IPA from the Chaliera series. The restrained hops brought amazing and incredibly spring-like aromas of fragrant lilac and moist juniper to our crisp, bitter, balanced West Coast IPA. May this drink quickly evoke real beer weather!
