Chaliera: Citra & Galaxy & Kohatu

Our new Chaliera is a classic West Coast IPA with an interesting intention to study how hops from different countries are combined in one beer. The gorgeous, well-known American Citra creates an aromatic base of juicy lemons, the super-popular Australian Galaxy enriches it with ripe peach aromas, and a rather rare New Zealand hop called Kohatu melds these flavors together with a distinct tropical profile and ands up on subtle freshness of pine forest and gentle bitterness. We hope you enjoy this multinational study in the form of an IPA.
