Chaliera: Elani
American IPA
Here comes yet another Chaliera to brighten the last days of summer! This time, we dry-hopped it with an interesting variety found by chance in the forests of Idaho and, very interestingly, genetically unique Elani. The clean, moist taste of our West Coast-style IPA is complemented by soft aromas of pineapple leaves, peach pits and August morning mists. IPA as it should be!
