Chaliera: Simcoe & Elani
American IPA
In our new batch of Chaliera, we decided to go a little different way and load our usual Single Hop IPA with a combination of hops – our beloved Simcoe and the new, wild and unusual Elani. They brought flavors of juicy pine in a wet forest, tart red grapefruit and aromatic pineapple leaves to our classic West Coast IPA. Cheers!
