Chvalia: Marakuja

In the midst of 2019 fall, we decided to make a strong sweet’n’sour fruit ale by launching the Chvalia line (“Wave” in Belarusian). A few months later we returned with a new iteration, especially since such a beer is much better suited for warm spring days. This time all attention is focused on only one fruit – passion fruit. It has a rich tropical taste, intensly sour, which fits perfectly into the concept of this thick ale with lactose. This wonderful early spring treat has that pleasant light haze, a distinct fruity aroma, sweet and sour taste and a long, refreshingly tart aftertaste.
