Ciemra: Idaho 7 & Medusa

Yet another collaboration with our friends from Jungle Brewery! When we get together, a kind of black magic starts to work between us, and very often we brew dark and strong beers. This time, however, we did something totally unexpected for our breweries and brewed Malanka and Jungle’s first ever Double Black IPA under the dark name Ciemra (“Darkness”). Black, full of flavors of dark autumn forest, mysterious hidden lakes, this IPA is filled with aromas of pine needles, wet leaves, light roasted notes, but also strong notes of fantastic fruits and berries brought by the wonderful Idaho 7 and Medusa hops.
