Ciemra: Simcoe

Another brew in the collaborative serieswith our friends at Jungle Brewery is Ciemra, Double Black IPA. This time we only used one type of hops, but one that probably suits this beer best. Piney-citrusy, complex and legendary, Simcoe transforms our Double Black IPA into an impenetrable darkness of a pine thicket, where subtler, delicate aromas of dried black limes and Cambodian compote pepper hide behind the strong notes of pine resin. It’s fascinating, strong, bitter, and dark, of course!
