Finally, the season of crushers has arrived, and we start it off with our favourite one – lichtenheiner. This light and sour beer is made using wood-dried malt. New Dym was conditioned atop fragrant black chokeberry, and the deep ruby colour is absolutely stunning. The foam is fluffy, but quickly fades, so let the beer breathe for a couple minutes, so you can enjoy the fantastic smoky, fruity aromas. If that’s not what we want to drink all day long, what is?
