“Halocline” is the name we chose for our gose-style series of beers. This hydrological term usually defines zone of rapid increase in water salinity, which proceeds in a slow and smooth salinity change deeper down. This is pretty consistent with the meaning of our gose beers with various additives and multilayered flavors.
Halaklin: Burak (“beets” in Belarusian), as the name implies, is made by adding beets to our beer. If you’ve never drank beet juice and can only think of this root as a part of salads and soups, this beer will knock you down with its unique taste. We added beets at all stages of the production, from the mashing to secondary fermentation. As a result, we’ve managed to create a rich and complex crusher of mad purple color with discreet sour-salty profile and hints of red berries and earthy roots.
