Halaklin: Japonskaja Ajva
Gose with japanese quince
With the arrival of the last summer heat, we have prepared something super refreshing. The new Halaklin is a light, sour, slightly saline gose with the addition of Japanese quince, often found at local summerhouses. Usually, it is rarely used in cooking because of its strong acidity. But in our isotonic drink, this addition perfectly combines with the basic gose and brings notes of aromatic wild apples, young white grapes and lemon zest. The most interesting thing is always somewhere near!
