Imhla: HBC 638
New England IPA
We start the last month of the juicy summer with a new Imhla! We got our hands on the new experimental American hops HBC 638 and immediately sent it into a gentle, cloudy New England IPA. A close relative to the classic Centennial, this hops infuses our IPA with familiar aromas of fresh, tart lemon zest, subtle hints of rose petals and bright garden flowers, along with an aftertaste of incredible southern melons. This drink is a cocktail with the sun dissolved in it, which pleasantly shines directly from the depths of the glass.
