Imhla: NZ Cascade
New England IPA
New Imhla is a rather unusual one. In it, we used a hop variety familiar to all of us all by its name, which, however, is not as simple as it seems. The usual American Cascade is a classic variety and a real engine of the craft revolution. But Cascade originating from New Zealand is a different beast, and it differs from its relative so much that it is essentially a separate variety with unique flavors of red grapes, apple blossoms and the more familiar pink grapefruit. All this beauty is very suitable for our delicate, aromatic Imhla. Kia ora!
